Dar starting serious nesting the night of 5-25.  She continues to be restless most of the night.  Not unusual since this is her 1st litter.  The 1st baby arrived at 8:10  in the morning. She behaved like a proand quickly cleared the baby's face, etc.  I must admit in my role of midwife I also jumped in and rubbed the baby with a nice clean dry wash cloth.
  The first thing they do is crawl to find a nipple and begin to suckle.  These are strong babies and they are able to latch on quickly, even the little green girl, who is small but not weak.
They are sooooooo cute!!!
